An event which honors the memory of loved ones no longer with us. Any Hospice family members whose loved one died between March 2009 and June 2009 may attend. There is no fee. The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Hospice Education Center located at the Hospice Mitchell Campus, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga. Please call (716)836-6460 by November 2, 2009 to RSVP for the event so we can include your loved one's name in the service. You may also mail, drop off, or email to info@palliativecare.org a photo of your loved one by Nov. 2, 2009, so that we may include the photo in our memorial service presentation. The photo will be returned to you at the service. Your photo can be mailed to Life Transitions Center at 150 Bennett Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227.
