		NEW CHAPTER POLICY

Chapter policy related to programs:

There is only a $15 non-member fee. Member fees have been discontinued by member vote at Sept. 27, 2011 meeting/dinner. We do ask that all members who register for a dinner do attend that dinner. Money collected will be used to fund scholarships which support education, certification and conference attendance.

		Conference/ Certification Reimbursement

WNY ONS is offering Conference and Certification Reimbursment:

Five scholarships will be available annually for a maximum reimbursement of $300 for each approved application an ONS Conference.

Five scholarships will be available annually for a maximum reimbursement of $250 for each approved application for Certification/recertification.

·        Must be an active ONS and WNYONS Member in good standing for > one year

·        Must not have received reimbursement through WNYONS in the past year

·        Request for Reimbursement will be issued for:

ü      Oncology Certifications and recertification through ONCC

ü      Attendance at a ONS Annual Congress

ü      Attendance at ONS APN/IOL
